REM Enterprise Structure Report

The REM Enterprise Structure Report is accessible through Oracle Business Intelligence (OBI) Financial Reporting Center. This report provides the following codes for each business unit/property:

 

 

Use the following steps to generate the report:

From the dashboard, click Tools and select Reports and Analytics.

The Reports and Analytics page appears.

Click the Browse Catalog button.

 The Oracle Business Intelligence (OBI) Catalog opens in a new browser tab.

 Click the arrow next to Shared Folders, click the arrow next to Custom, click the arrow next to Financials, click the arrow next to General Ledger, and click on the Setup folder.
 
The available Setup reports appear to the right.

 Locate the Enterprise Structure Report and click Open.
 
The Enterprise Structure Report parameters appear.

Complete the following Enterprise Structure Report parameters:

  • p_ledger_name: Select Remington US
  • P_TREE_CODE: From the drop-down, enable the applicable selections:
    • Company Remington (parent and company codes)
    • Account Remington (account codes)
    • Project Remington (project codes)
    • Department Remington (department codes)
    • Intercompany Remington (intercompany codes)
  • Chart of Accounts Id: Do NOT modify the default value

Click Apply.

 

The Enterprise Structure Report generates in the screen below the parameters.

 Scroll to the Tree for Value Set: Company Remington section.
 
The following columns provide company code information:
  • Level1: Provides the Parent Company Code
  • Child: Provides the Child Company Code
  • Description: Provides the property/business unit name

 Note: You may export the report by making a selection from the page icon in the right-hand corner beneath the parameters.
