Edit Customers Bank Account

 

Use the following instructions to update bank account numbers, banks and branch names.

 

Step Action Illustration

From the Billing dashboard, click the Task icon and select Manage Customers.
 
The Manage Customers screen displays.

In the Search section, enter the criteria for the customer needed.  Click Search.
 
The Search Results display below the search section.

In the Search Results, select the customer and scroll down to the Account section.
 
Click the linked Account Number.

The Edit Account screen displays.  
 
Scroll down to the Payment Details tab.

 

In the Payment Details tab, scroll to the Payment Instruments section and click the Bank Accounts tab.
 
Click the linked Account Number listed.

 

On the Edit Bank Account screen, make the changes necessary for updating the Customer's Bank Account.  
 
When completed, click Save and Close.
 
A Confirmation window displays.

 

Click OK on the Confirmation window.

 

On the Edit Account screen, click Save and Close.

 

On the Manage Customers screen, click Done.
